The guys from "Pawn Stars" struck it rich with their hit show? -- and then turned their backs on the agents who brokered their initial contracts ... that according to a new lawsuit filed by the jilted talent agency.

The suit, filed by Venture IAB in L.A. County Superior Court ... claims all 3 Harrisons and Chumlee inked deals in 2007 and 2009 for the agency to represent them -- before "Pawn Stars" started airing on The History Channel.

According to the suit, in January 2010 -- 6 months after the show hit the air -- another agent and 2 'Pawn' execs ... convinced the cast to terminate their deal with Venture IAB.

In the suit, Venture claims the execs -- Mary Donahue and Nancy Dubuc -- "intended to disrupt" the agency's deal with the guys so their "friend and agent" could sign them.

Venture IAB is suing The History Channel, the agent and the execs for more than $5 million in damages.

As we previously reported, a very similar suit was filed by an ex-manager -- but that one named the Harrisons and Chumlee as defendants.

The L.A. City Attorney isn't wasting any time ... TMZ has learned, prosecutors have already filed papers asking the court to revoke Lindsay Lohan's probation.

TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. City Attorney had been planning to file docs asking the judge to revoke her probation in her jewelry heist case ...?but now, it's official. As sources told us, prosecutors are "out for blood."

According to the L.A. City Attorney's office, prosecutors want Lindsay's probation revoked because of the criminal charges recently filed against her in Santa Monica, stemming from her car accident on PCH this summer ... after which she lied to cops about being behind the wheel.

But the City Attorney's move is just a formality -- the judge doesn't need prosecutors' input ... she'll be revoking Lindsay's probation on her authority alone.

Lindsay is set to be arraigned tomorrow morning on 3 misdemeanor counts -- lying to cops, obstruction, and reckless driving.

The former "Wife Swap" star who was charged with exchanging sex for money back in August ... can officially join the "not a prostitute" club ... because the charge has been dropped, TMZ has learned.

As we previously reported ... 21-year-old Alicia Guastaferro -- who was on the show back in '08 -- was arrested in New York after cops caught her half naked with a 54-year-old male lawyer .. in the back seat of a car.

But Guastaferro got some good news Tuesday night ... the District Attorney's Office dropped the prostitution charge in the "interest of justice" -- aka extreme leniency.

Alicia's not out of the woods yet ... she still faces several other charges from the same incident: criminal impersonation, criminal possession and possession of a controlled substance.

She's due back in court March 12.

Consider the world record for "largest humidor ever" broken -- Michael Jordan's $12.4 MILLION Jupiter, FL palace is juuust about ready to move in to ... and it features an insane cigar-friendly home theater.

His Airness -- rarely seen these days without a tightly-rolled Cuban between his teeth -- has been building the 28,000 square foot estate for the past three years, complete with a giant state-of-the-art home theater ... outfitted with special equipment made to handle mass amounts of cigar smoke.

The 3-acre, 11-bedroom compound is being built in the middle of an ultra-exclusive golf course community called the Jack Nicklaus' Bear Club?... where Tiger Woods also lives.

It's unclear where Jordan plans to display his 4 MVP trophies and 6 NBA Championship rings ... but between the main house, the pool house, the guest house, and the 2-story guard house ... he's got plenty of choices.

FYI -- There's also a ridiculous athletic facility ... complete with b-ball court, naturally.

Miley Cyrus
is having a really ruff day ... because her super cute pooch Lila has officially checked in?to the big dog park in the sky.

Miley took to Twitter moments ago to break the tragic news to her fans, tweeting ... "My heart has never been so broken. Lila my sweet baby girl has passed away."

She added, "Can't think of one good reason to get out of bed today."

It's unclear how Lila kicked the can, but she was only two years old.

Lila is survived by Cyrus' other pooches ... Ziggy, Penny Lane, and Mary Jane ... just to name a few.

121112_florence_fightRULE #1 of attending a Florence + the Machine concert: NO FIGHTING ALLOWED ... 'cause lead singer Florence Welch will scold your ass in front of the entire audience ... with her adorable English accent.

The footage was shot in Aberdeen, Scotland Sunday night ... Florence and her band were halfway through a song at the AECC arena when a fight broke out near the stage (starts at 1:20 in the video).

Rather than sing through the ruckus ... Florence stopped the show entirely to give the troublemakers a lesson in manners, saying, "No fighting allowed ... It doesn't matter whose fault it is ... seriously all of you, STOP IT."

The culprits apparently dropped their gloves ... and Florence -- who noticed a female fan had started crying during the melee -- jumped into the crowd to give her a hug.

Those Brits. Always so polite.

Rick Ross says he's not hiding from gang members who made death threats against him -- but the Chicago Police Department took the videotaped message seriously enough to launch an investigation ... TMZ has learned.

You'll recall ... self-proclaimed members of the Chicago-based Gangster Disciples posted a video (below) -- in which they demand Rick Ross cut a check for GD founder Larry Hoover ... or else.

The video went viral a few weeks ago, and Ross then cancelled the remaining dates on his tour.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the Chicago PD was made aware of the video, and will be taking a closer look at the YouTube post. ?

Ross told Miami radio station WEDR the real reason he cancelled the tour was due to shoddy promoting -- and claims it had nothing to do with the GD threats.

Ross defiantly said he's not afraid to go to Chicago, and humbly added ... "Ricky Ross is a boss. You can't cancel a Ricky Ross show without Ricky Ross's permission."

Lindsay Lohan is exactly one day away from having her probation revoked ... and the end game could be 245 days in the slammer ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources connected with her most recent case tell TMZ ... when Lindsay is arraigned Wednesday for allegedly lying to cops and reckless driving in connection with her car accident last June ... the judge will revoke her probation in the jewelry heist case and set a date for a hearing to formally decide if Lindsay violated the terms of her probation by breaking the law again.

We're told the hearing will be conducted at the same time Lindsay stands trial on the criminal charges.? And get this -- even if Lindsay is found not guilty in the criminal case, the judge can still rule she violated her probation because the standard of proving a probation violation is significantly lower than proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

The stakes for Lindsay are high -- up to 8 months in jail, and that doesn't include jail time if she's convicted in the car accident case.

Sources tell us ... the L.A. City Attorney is "out for blood" and they will file papers Wednesday asking that Lindsay's probation be revoked.? Fact is ... the judge does it on her own ... the prosecutors don't even have to ask for it, but their voice will certainly be heard.

Mariah Carey
's greatest hits just took on a whole new meaning -- because according to her husband Nick Cannon, when it's time for sex, the deed is done to her music.

Nick was on Howard Stern this AM when he revealed his lovemaking music of choice to the world ... and of course, Mariah is also on board.

It gets even weirder -- Nick also says he masturbates to Mariah's music ... and you'll never guess his favorite self-loving song.

Warning: You will NOT be able to get the image of Nick Cannon pleasuring himself out of your head.

Tripomatic (for iPhone)

I've heard the time most people are happiest about their vacations is before they've even left, while they're still reading about their destination and exploring guide books with suggestions for what to see and do. Wait, guide books? Who needs those when armchair travel sites like Tripomatic put the same materials online, and on your iPhone, too?

iPhone app Tripomatic (free) lets you explore historic sites, museums, and other spots worth seeing around the world. Tripomatic's app is very similar in concept to City Guides, Offline Maps (free, 3.5 stars), Stay.com's mobile app, except for two key differences. First, as you may have guessed by the name, Stay.com's app has offline maps, meaning after you build a list of what to see and do in a day, you can save the map of all the locations locally on your iPhone, and thus avoid roaming data charges. Tripomatic doesn't have that. Second, Stay.com doesn't let you schedule your itinerary, as all your must-see spots are saved en masse, whereas Tripomatic? lets you plot out your destinations over multiple days.

Tripomatic doesn't give you finely detailed controls, such as the ability to put time markers on your list of things to do, but it does help you see on a map the various points of interest so you can cluster nearby attractions into one day.

Where Can You Go With Tripomatic?
Tripomatic lets you select a city from its impressive list, or just search by typing. Hundreds of cities populate this ever-scrolling list, which is a bit less user friendly than Stay.com's method, in which you first pick a region and then a more specific destination based on submenus. It's mind-boggling to see rather specific places like Szczecin (Poland), Placentia (California), Agadir (Morocco), alongside destinations as general as France and Thailand.

Selecting a city, region, or country creates a new trip, which are saved to your Tripomatic app. You can build daily itineraries right in the app or on a larger screen with the Tripomatic website, and the data will sync across the two when you log in with a free account.

What's Inside the Tripomatic App?
Choosing dates to travel is self-explanatory in the Web app, but less simple in the iPhone app. When you start a new trip, you can pick the start date in the app, but not the end date. Furthermore, you can't just generally plan a five-day trip without telling Tripomatic on which specific date these first days will start. By default new trips are single-day ventures, and I initially had trouble figuring out how to add more days (you have to choose from among your saved trips, then on the first screen, swipe left to find the option on yet another screen).

I created entries for a trip Jordan, another one to Arizona to see the Grand Canyon, and a third called Norway in the Summer?none of which I'll be taking any time soon, but that's the beauty of armchair travel. Selecting a destination pulls up suggested things to see and do from museums to historic sites to water parks.

As you add stops along your trip, Tripomatic plots them on a map. You can continue adding new points of interest based on what's nearby while exploring the map, or from a list of highlights.?

One major problem I had with the app was I couldn't delete a trip, which you can do easily online. I wish the app had one central editing screen for each trip, where I might adjust the start and end dates of the trip using standard iPhone calendar selection tools, delete the trip, change the name, or assign multiple cities easily to one trip (like Quebec City and Montreal, which are near one another). The current page only has options to rename the trip and change the start date.

Sharing and Other Extras
Tripomatic includes some ability to share your trip plans with others, but none are spectacular because it uses iOS's built-in sharing buttons: email, message, Twitter, Facebook, assign to contact (which doesn't even make sense in this app), save to Camera roll (again, the logic is spotty), print, and copy (which puts on your pasteboard some introductory text and a link to the itinerary). Why there isn't a clear option to "invite" your fellow travel companions and get them to sign up for Tripomatic in the process, I don't know.

When your friends click the link you email or otherwise send to them using the sharing features that are included, they essentially receive a link to sign up for the service, but it's not clear that's what will happen at the point of sharing.

If I could change one thing about Tripomatic, it would be to include access to your customized maps offline. That's the big draw of Stay.com's City Guides, Offline Maps. Anyone who travels internationally knows what a challenge it can be to find apps that provide a decent map experience without running up your phone bill. You can get some offline data through Tripomatic's app but only pre-packaged guides?not your customized itineraries?and for about $1.99 each as an in-app purchase.

Keep Tripomatic on the Couch
While there are some features of Tripomatic I like better than Stay.com's app, I like it more for armchair travel than for actual utility. No offline access to my customized maps is the kicker, but some other areas of the app could stand some improvement, too. Tripomatic does get one thing right that Stay.com misses, and that's the ability to plan points of interest across several dates. But that alone isn't quite enough. But there's potential to be sure. Keep an eye on this app for significant future updates, and for the time being, just use it from your living room to daydream.

Supporters show solidarity after Ch?vez names successor

The passions that led the president's followers to take streets after his election day victory just weeks before took a different form after Saturday's announcement that the president's cancer had returned.?Despite the presence of marching bands and attempts to revive popular campaign chants, many at the rally remained subdued ahead of his flight to Havana today.

"We?re here in a demonstration of spirit and faith to support our president who is fighting this terrible disease,? says William Hernandez, a library administrator.?

The firebrand leader has been shuttling back and forth between Havana and Caracas to receive cancer treatments since last June.?In a signal that the situation has grown more serious,?Ch?vez named his successor Saturday: Vice President?Nicol?s Maduro. The nod to his vice president,?a former trade unionist and minister of foreign of affairs, reverberated across both sides of the political divide, as many Venezuelans now believe the end may be near for their leader.

"Of course we support [Maduro], he's a 'young, well-prepared leader,'" says Ricardo G?mez, a chemical engineer, echoing the president's endorsement at the rally.?

In the near term, the endorsement has little practical effect: Venezuela's constitution already establishes that the vice president should take over?if the president is unable to finish his term. Ch?vez, who has been in power 14 years, is scheduled to begin a new six-year term on January 10. Under Venezuelan law, if the president is unable to serve, or dies within the first four years of the term, a special election is convened within 30 days to determine a new president.

The?Ch?vez announcement is important because "in the event the president can't serve, the reigning party has their candidate," says Ricardo Sanchez, an opposition member of the National Assembly.?He adds that he expects Mr. Maduro would follow the same?political direction as?Ch?vez.

But even with the endorsement, it remains to be seen if Maduro could muster as much political respect as Ch?vez. Many fear that without Ch?vez at the helm his party will splinter. "Of course Nicholas Maduro doesn't have the same leadership as Ch?vez," says Vladimir Villegas, a former diplomat who served under Maduro. "However, he has Ch?vez's approval?? which counts for [something] in terms of [limiting] party infighting."

Ch?vez was reelected by the slimmest margin (11 percent) of his political career in the October presidential race against Henrique Capriles Radonski.

Mr. Villegas says the passing of the campaign torch to soft-spoken Maduro ??over Ch?vez hard lined-military allies or strident leftists???as the president's most viable chance at "convincing and inspiring voters" to return to the polls.

North Korea 'dismantling rocket to fix technical glitch'

SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea has started to dismantle a controversial long-range rocket on its launch pad in an apparent move to fix a technical problem but still looks likely to go ahead with the launch, South Korean news reports and experts said on Tuesday.

North Korea says the launch is to put a weather satellite in orbit but critics say it is aimed at nurturing the kind of technology needed to mount a nuclear warhead on a long-range missile.

When the first reports emerged that the rocket parts were being taken down, there was speculation the North might abandon the launch altogether, but experts said the construction of the rocket meant that it needed to be removed from its gantry.

"For North Korean rockets, it's the only way to repair them because they build the rocket stage by stage," said Kwon Se-jin, a rocket expert at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in Daejeon, South Korea.

North Korea said on Monday that the launch window had been extended by a week due to technical problems.

"So as it had announced, if the North has a problem with the first-stage control module, it has to replace it and take down (the rocket) from the top," said Kwon.

The launch has been timed to coincide with the first anniversary of the death of former leader Kim Jong-il after a failed launch in April. It also comes as Japan and South Korea, long-time foes of the North, are holding elections.

North Korea is banned from testing missile or nuclear technology under U.N. sanctions imposed after its 2006 and 2009 nuclear weapons tests, and the United States, South Korea and Japan have condemned the current launch.

Even China, the one major diplomatic backer of isolated and impoverished North Korea, has expressed "deep concern" over the planned launch.

South Korean media reported on Tuesday that satellite images showed the rocket was being taken down.

"We have captured indications that a part of the rocket is being disassembled from the launch pad in Tongchang-ri," Yonhap news agency quoted a South Korean government source as saying.

The name refers to the North's new test site in its western region close to the border with China.

"There is no change to the North's will to fire the rocket," another source was quoted as saying by Yonhap.

Officials at South Korea's military and its foreign and defense ministries could not confirm the reports.

North Korea is assiduous in meeting its international obligations on reporting long-range rocket launches and notified international maritime and aviation bodies of its plans last week.

It was impossible to confirm the media reports in what is one of the most closed and secretive states on Earth.

RFK, Jr. blames political climate on Fox News - BizPac Review

RFK, JrRobert F. Kennedy, Jr., son of the late attorney general and nephew to the late President John F. Kennedy felt compelled to comment to the liberal media on the state of American politics today. He placed the source for the rancor and division between the political parties squarely on the doorstep of conservative talk radio and Fox News during a recent Skype interview with Huffington Post Live host Josh Zepps.

Zepps began by comparing the political climate of today with that during the Kennedy administration. ?It did seem that politics was an easier game to play, or that there was more collaboration. Do you have any thoughts on that??

There are two things that?s happening. One is the influence of big money. The other is the right-wing control of the American media ? particularly ? ah, starting with Fox News. But 95 percent of talk radio radio in our country is righ-wing.

Twenty-two percent of Americans say their primary news source is Fox News. It?s divided our country in a way that we haven?t been divided probably since the Civil War, and its empowered large corporations to get certain kinds of politicians and ideologues who are in the United State Congress elected ? the Tea Party ideologues who control the Republican Party.

Last January, the Center for Media and Public Affairs at George Mason University concluded that ?Special Report,? Fox News Channel?s evening news show, was more balanced in its political coverage than it?s traditional network news competitors.

The pertinent part of the HuffPost ? Kennedy interview follows:
