San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) April 04, 2012
San Franciscos Meir Schneider and School for Self-Healing is presenting six health and vision improvement exercise courses for this April. Vision exercises are very important to maintaining overall health, not just for eye health.
Lectures held will be Level 1 Training; topics include Self-Healing through Massage, Movement, and Vision Improvement; Seeing Better through Natural Vision Improvement and Massage; Improving Vision through Body Movement and Massage; Overcoming Back Problems and Arthritis through Massage, Movement, and Sensory Integration; and Preventing and Overcoming Paralysis.
Level 1 Training will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and in two segments of nine days each: Segment A from April 2 to 12 and Segment B from April 16 to 24, 2012. Cost per segment is $ 1,800. This transformational training course will enable professionals to motivate their clients by teaching them how to touch, breathe and move well. A total of seven topics will be taught in both segments.
Our courses help people to transform their lives through superior mobility and relaxation. With this alteration comes a radiant new sense of self; its never too late or too soon to work on your body. Make this spring a healthy one with a whole new exercise regimen and improve your vision, encourages Mr. Schneider, founder of the School for Self-Healing.

About Meir Schneider and the School of Self-Healing
Meir Schneider had the unusual misfortune to be born with cataracts and many other conditions that affected his vision; after five unsuccessful surgeries, he expected to be blind for life. Though he read only Braille, at age 17 he began a regimen of eye exercises and healed himself of congenital blindness. Today he holds an unrestricted California Driver?s License. In his quest for self-improvement, Meir discovered that the same principles by which he gained functional vision could also be applied to the entire body. This became the basis for the Meir Schneider Method of Self-Healing Through Bodywork and Movement-a non-medical holistic health rehabilitation and prevention system.
