I can nearly agree with lizincal?s response and was about to scoot on by but, I had to observe that unfortunately, NO cancer is ?curable?. There are remedies, a lot of of which are profitable to various degrees, and numerous cancers can be forced into remission, but as nevertheless no genuine ?cure?.

It is really widespread for thyroid cancer (main tumor getting on the thyroid gland) to spread to the lymph nodes (generally in the neck/ chest area), it?s virtually usually the 1st place that it spreads to. Typically speaking, if it spread cancer spread to the nodes, it means the cancer has 1. been there a while, two. a bit much more aggressive.

This circumstance truly transpired to me. I have papillary thyroid cancer and had eleven lymph nodes ended up taken out although I was getting a complete thyroidectomy. 9 of them ended up staying cancer.

Is that widespread?
